Fantasizing about love is one thing. Understanding it is another. I've always felt like trying to boil love down to numbers would kill the magic. But a few heartbreaks and a lot of white hair later, I've understood that you can't really love someone unless you understand yourself. So I started with developing the Relational Quotient (RQ, kind of like the relationship version of IQ and EQ), and realized that the same model of self-understanding applied to how we showed up in all parts of our lives: our relationships, our jobs, and even our trading desks! So I created this Human Quotient toolkit, to help us understand ourselves and do better in all parts of life - starting with how we love ourselves and each other 🪰🤔
